Customer Service Advisor
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Advisors. This role is ideal for those with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences while managing inbound call activities.
- Full-time & Part-time
- Permanent
- Daytime, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts available
- Holywood, Co. Down, Northern Ireland (or remote options depending on role)
Your Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls and handling customer inquiries across multiple channels.
- Acting as a representative for our clients, delivering professional, friendly, and efficient services.
- Triaging calls, escalating issues when needed, and ensuring messages are taken accurately and with clarity.
- Maintaining a high standard of customer interaction, positively promoting client services and products.
- Using available resources to resolve customer inquiries quickly and effectively.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is essential.
- Proficiency with PC skills, particularly being able to type while speaking with customers.
- Strong communication skills with a confident, clear, and friendly telephone manner.
- Ability to listen effectively, resolve problems using initiative, and make informed decisions.
- Flexibility with working hours to meet our 24/7 operational needs.
Expected Start Date: Immediate
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
