We are absolutely delighted to share that Hub NI has won Gold in the Customer Success category at the Contact Centre Network NI Awards 2025 at Belfast City Hall.

This award celebrates organisations that deliver outstanding service through a multi-channel approach – voice, digital, chat, social, and web – with clear strategy, objectives and measurable results. We are incredibly proud that our commitment to high-quality, responsive support for our clients has been recognised at this level.

Our leadership team had a fantastic night at the Gala Ball, and this success is entirely down to the dedication and professionalism of our incredible Hub NI team. Thank you for everything you do.

We are also grateful to our clients for the trust they place in us every day. Your partnership fuels our drive for excellence.

We were also shortlisted for both Best Technology / Digital Initiative and Best Advice Line / Helpline, and we narrowly missed out on these categories this year.  While our tech team graciously accept defeat in the Technology category… for now - huge congratulations to Danske Bank UK  on winning Gold and Invest Northern Ireland on taking Silver... we’re absolutely aiming for that top spot next year!
