Hub NI Wins Overall Business Excellence Award

Holywood-based outsourced customer contact centre Hub NI has been named the winner of the prestigious Overall Business Excellence Award at the 2026 Holywood Chamber Presidents Awards, recognising outstanding achievement, innovation and contribution to business and community life in the local area.
The award, regarded as the highest accolade presented by Holywood Chamber of Commerce, celebrates a business that consistently demonstrates excellence across customer service, innovation, growth, leadership, team culture and community impact.
Founded in Holywood over 30 years ago by Rusty Adamson, Hub NI provides outsourced customer contact support for businesses across Northern Ireland, Great Britain, Ireland and international markets, delivering customer care across telephone, email, live chat, SMS, WhatsApp and AI-assisted communication channels.
Judges praised the company for its continued innovation, people-first culture and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining strong community values.
A major factor in the judging process was Hub NI’s Gold Award win in the Customer Success category at the 2025 Contact Centre Network NI Awards at Belfast City Hall, recognising excellence in customer experience and service delivery.
Now led by Rusty’s son, Paul Adamson, the business employs more than 50 staff and has continued to expand through the launch of Hub AI and Global Hub, helping organisations deliver more accessible, flexible and multilingual customer support solutions while maintaining the human touch that defines the business.
Mayor of Ards and North Down, Gillian McCollum, who was one of the judges, said:

Paul Adamson said the award was a proud moment for the entire team.
